When a player lands on the Free Catnip space, they will collect all of the money added to the middle of the gameboard. This money comes from spaces that players landed on as well as Cat-astrophe and Purrrfect cards. The red player landed on the Free Catnip space. They will take all of the money paid to the center of the board. Just Prowling

If you still owe money, you will declare bankruptcy. You will give any cash and property you own to the player or bank that you still owe money to. Mortgaged properties will stay mortgaged unless the new owner pays off the mortgage plus 10%.

If you land on a Purrrfect space, you will draw the top Purrrfect card from the draw pile. You will read the card and take the corresponding action. You will then put the card face down on the bottom of the Purrrfect pile. The player that draws this card immediately moves their playing piece to the Cool Cats space. Scat! Cat fanatics, if you're reading this while sipping out of your favorite cat mug, cuddling with your cat pillow, and beautifying with your anti-wrinkle cat mask, boy, do I have a surprise for you. Cat-Opoly is the board game for cat lovers that offers a more feline-friendly spin on the classic game we've all grown up with. While the original version might be pretty legendary in and of itself, I'd be lying if I said Cat-Opoly wasn't pawsitively purrfect. (I won't do that again. I promise.) Choose a banker. The banker can play the game, but they need to keep their properties, cash, etc separate from the bank.

The game is then played normally. If an hour has passed and no one has won the game, the game will end. Each player counts up their total net worth. You will calculate your net worth as follows: Should you give property to the bank, the bank immediately auctions it off. The player that bids the most in the auction pays the bank and takes the property. After you have finished moving your playing piece, you will look at the space that your token is on. You will take an action corresponding to the space that your token landed on.Plan ahead with each turn. Carefully plan out your use of action cards, spaces you land on, and any trades that need to be made when investing in properties or services throughout the game – this will help make sure that you don’t miss out on opportunities or investments that could boost you ahead in terms of money or points during play.
